A man identified as Nana Amponsah popularly known at Kasoa as Chapter 1 who is believed to be in his late 30s has been stabbed to death in a guest house at Kasoa.
Mr. Amponsah who is a mobile money (Momo) agent is said to have left the shop on Saturday, October, 24, 2026 with a woman suspected to be a sex worker before heading to a guest house.
According to the primary reports, the landlord of the deceased was traced but every effort proved futile in trying to reach him.
The case was reported to the Akweley Police Station for an immediate search to be conducted.
After several searches the body of the deceased was discovered near a hostel with multiple stab wounds.
The police have launched an arrest of the woman who was last with him before the tragedy occurred.
The body of the deceased has been deposited at the morgue for preservation and further investigation into the cause of his death.
The death of Mr. Amponsah has shocked many people in the area as the circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear.
