Sedina Tamakloe-Attionu, the former Chief Executive Officer of Microfinance and Small Loans, began her journey in Nsawam Prison on Wednesday, June, 24, 2026, after arriving in the country from the United States.
On Friday, June, 26, 2026, the journey of the former boss Sedina Tamakloe-Attionu was published after she arrived from the United States and reported herself to the police hospital in Accra.
According to the report, Ms. Sedina Tamakloe-Attionu was checked into prison on June, 24, 2026 after the minority in parliament claimed that the former boss was not jailed.
The report says that when Ms. Sedina Tamakloe-Attionu landed in Ghana she was first arrested by the BNI and the BNI later handed her over to the Ghana Prisons.

Sedina reportedly arrived from the United States with a medical report while communicating with the US counterparts of the Ghanaian authorities in Ghana.
The source claims that when she arrived she was taken to the police hospital where she was treated for several days and later handed over to the Ghana Prisons to begin her 10-year sentence.
She is currently in the Female Medium Security at Nsawam per reports.
Mrs. Sedina arrived in the country on June, 9, 2026 after her extradition from the United States to Ghana to face her 10-year imprisonment.
