The police have apprehended a 27-year-old spiritualist after residents caught him for allegedly using an 11-year-old girl for money rituals.
The suspect identified as Komfuo C Prof was reportedly seen entering an uncompleted building with the 11-year-old that causes suspicion.
The incident happened in Gas South near Kasoa after the 11-year-old cried out louder prompting the residents who rushed to rescue her.
According to some residents who spoke to the media, they saw text on the wall of the suspect alleged to be used for his incantation.
The girl rescued is safe while the suspect is currently in police custody assisting the police in their investigations.
The police have probed the investigation into the matter asking the public to stay calm as they investigate the matter.
