Two watchmen of Bolgatanga Senior High School, namely; Elvis Abongo and Adams Nyaaba, have been apprehended by the police for sexually assaulting a female student living with autism.
A report from the school indicates that the suspects have been sexually abusing female students on the campus on multiple occasions before the current incident they were on June, 2026 while returning from prep.
It was alleged that the watchmen promised the female student food after prep and took her to the back of their dining hall trying to have an affair with but were later caught by some of the students.
According to the source from the school, the watchmen abused the same student in July, 2026 bringing the total to four after several reports by the students to the administration.
The school authorities, as per the incident report, have not released any report regarding the incident that has attracted most people’s reactions online.
They are currently in police custody assisting the police investigation.
